Warranty

We include a free one-year warranty for all our vermeil jewelry. This warranty means that if the jewelry piece becomes damaged due to poor workmanship any time one year after the date of purchase, we will replace it. We got you! 

We work with an award-winning design team and a robust domestic and global manufacturer to create unique jewelry pieces with high value materials made to last. We’re confident in our jewelry quality and would like to extend our confidence to you by including this one year coverage with your purchase. 

Please submit your warranty request by emailing us at info@goboujee.com including details and pictures. Our team will be in contact with you within 24 hours of request. 

Important 

1. This warranty does NOT cover our gold plated jewelry. This is for vermeil jewelry only. 
2. This warranty does not cover any lost pieces, scratches that come with regular wear, improper use or storage of pieces, and any modifications done that weren't performed by G O B O U J E E.
3. If your warranty request lacks pictures and a detailed reason for the request, we cannot accept it.
